Shipping and Return Policy
We can ship our products to almost every country of the world. Our main couriers for UK shipping is Evri, DPD & Royal Mail. For international shipping we use UPS & DPD
Guarantees & Return Policy
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received.
Refund Policy:
We strive to make sure all our customers are pleased with their purchase.
We allow you 14 days to contact us to return your purchase if it does not meet our description, however, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out.
We provide a 90 day “Back to Base” warranty if your item should develop a technical fault. We will then let you know if the item can be repaired or you will be refunded.
Before returning an item within the 30 day eBay returns window, please contact us to get an approval number and a pre-paid postage label. This will ensure that we can quickly process the repair/refund. Return postage for items returned after the 30 day window will be at buyers expense.
